Walther ppk/s trade for pk380 or steyr m9

I have a smith and wesson/walther ppk/s stainless that I used for my carry gun for a couple years.
about 300 rounds downrange through it.
cleaned after every range trip.
Some minor carry-wear from the holster.
Also have a hip holster, factory finger extension mag etc.
I wanna trade (and some money up or down) for either a steyr m9 or a pk380. Will consider QA for the right deal, too.
