Looks like a problem to me.
IO AKs had the same issue they included a plastic buffer that kept it from coming out...
Crap fix to a crap gun....

Century has years of bad building behind them, from wasrs with canted sights to c39's with glued on potmetal bullet guides....
Hope you can convince them to fix it.

It did shoot fine. Only problem is, the Magpul stock came loose.. that sucks.
It also didn't like the brass cases ammo much, two failures to extract with the brass case.
