Bought a Gunsite Scout with this mounted, but I want to switch to a scout scope.

I do not have the box or papers, but the Vortex warranty is forever, all owners. It appears to function perfectly, though I never fired the rifle. According to the previous owner, he never fired the rifle, either. Also according to him, the first owner only fired 40 rounds. So this scope is close to new. It does have a couple scope ring scratches, but is in pretty good condition.
It was mounted in the factory 1" rings that come with the rifle, which I'll be keeping with the rifle. So this scope does not come with rings.
