Didn't want to hijack some other threads so, was wondering if anyone had any experience with the Viridian line of red dots? I'm budgeting and as much as I'd like to pick up a couple of others, they are practically more than half the cost of the pistol! I'm looking at Viridians RFX green dot in my considerations.

This will go on my P365

No personal experience.

If it were me I would run irons until I saved enough for a reputable dot.

They may be ok though…

I havent heard of Viridian, but in the same price range Ive heard good things about Swampfox MRD optics.

If your really on a budget check out Primary Arms MRDs, Primary Arms has earned a positive reputation for affordable optics.
$149.
I had forgotten the PA line of optics. Used them quite a bit on some AR builds and found them, and their lifetime warranty to be reputable.

I went and ordered the following...

OMG, this might be the first time in history someones bought something I suggested on the internet... :p , I really really hope it works :p

Ive never used a PA optic but do read all good things about them. I have this "frankebuild" made up of leftover parts on the cheap and wouldn't mind putting this optic on it if it works for you... let us know how it goes.

Your reputation is on the line. Haha

Viridian has been around a long time making some top end laser sites. They kind of came up with the idea of integrating a laser into the grip of a pistol (instead of hanging it under the barrel) which automatically turns on when the grip is held.

I know the company, I know their laser sites but I am not familiar with their red dot sites.

I will no longer buy red/green dot sites anymore. I will only buy sites with a circle and a dot. For me the circle with a dot in the center makes acquiring the dot so much quicker.

I think Swampfox sells one that the user can choose which mode works for them...
