I just got back from Missouri a few weeks ago. However, with this I-594 taking effect, I'm unsure if it's legal for me to purchase a handgun any longer as I am under 21 and even private sales must undergo background checks. Since we have to involve a FFL dealer, it doesn't appear as though they could allow the transfer due to my age.
