Seriously though...the food at fast food restaurants is probably worse for you than the germs you could obtain in them

True very true I wash my hands after but I don't do the flu shot or anything else I dig in the dirt I go hunting I do all types of stuff but you can not kill all germs you have to get sick sometimes so your body can build up antivirus to it if you live in a bubble .Germs are good for you. Helps build a healthy immune system.

after the Rajneesh bioterror attacks in the 1984, my father refuses to ever dine at a salad bar. The last I heard, he's sticking to that, though I would imagine the danger is long over.![]()
Your old man was on to something. I have not eaten at a salad bar in years. The whole concept is just one big germ / bacteria petri dish and people just dig in. You have no freaking idea how long that sh*t has been out there or in the cooler. Just out in the open where every person who has picked their azz or nose in the last two hours can put their germ infested hands on the spoons. Brilliant idea.
I used to work with a guy who had been a health inspector for a while. His first question when investigating a food borne illness was:
" Who brought the potato salad ??? "
