I bought this one locally, through the forum. Forum member I bought it from bought it through the forum. So it's a 'local' Garand and has been in good hands.

it is #1 in the listing. There is typo in the receiver s/n - my rifle for sale is the first three pics in the older ad, with the barrel markings shown.

$850, what I paid for it (and less than the original ad). Cash, per laws at FFL face to face. Buyer pays background fee, etc.
Those who have dealt with me - I throw in extras and will consider it in this sale as well.

- the old ad has Springfield serial no. 908,5xx, it is really 901,5xx unless my old eyes are really that bad. The forum member I bought it from confirmed he bought it from this other forum member under that older ad.

- some enbloc clips. They are going for $2 each now at gun shows believe it or not.
- I'll even consider throwing in some Garand ammo for a motivated buyer.
- I prefer a buyer that will meet me locally, I like using A Cut Above Pawn on TV Hwy (by 185th). This will almost guarantee I throw in extras
