Can't really call this a 700P anymore, but that's what the base action started as. This rifle was built by Time Copeland in Estacada. Has a total of 79 rounds through it between 190g FGMM and 220g Sierra Matchking handloads. I might be forgetting something, but for the life of me I can't remember.
