Under normal circumstances, yes. You do have to take a qualification course. I need to get back out, this past year screwed my match days...

If you go to TCGCs web page there should be a link to email the director ( Shawn )...I can look it up later if you cant find it.

If you haven't shot there, Saturday class, with rifle in hand. You will shoot. Then sunday match.
Yes open to non members.

I was told that because of covid restrictions all matches are members only. I would check with the club house or the MD to verify.
