Brand new, still in the box 16" barreled PTAC upper from Palmetto State Armory.

I bought it a while back for a build but decided to go the pistol route instead and this is now just taking up space.
Brand new from PSA, these are 199.00 plus shipping (about $15.00) and a three week or longer wait (If you have dealt with PSA before, you know what the waits can be like.). You can have mine for $200.00 or best offer.
