I bought this a while back but I don't have the tools, time, or inclination to figure out how to finish it. I don't remember at all what I paid for it.
$75 takes it. No sales in WA since I think it's illegal. I work traveling healthcare in OR and can meet anywhere from Gresham to Scappoose and as far south as Milwaukee or around there.
Possible trade interests are ammo (9mm, .223/5.56, .308, or .45) or perhaps a stripped lower. Was planning to do a lightweight 14.5 p&w build so any parts for that plus cash on my end could be discussed.
