For sale: Gently used elk rifle. I'm too much of a wuss to pack out an elk, so here's a deal on the rifle I never took hunting:
Tikka T3x Lite Veil Alpine in 6.5PRC. 24" fluted barrel, 5/8x24 muzzle threads, with factory brake and thread protector. Just under 200 rounds down the pipe, mostly light target ammo, so plenty of barrel life left. Holds 5rds under half an inch at 100 yards if you give the barrel time to cool. Fitted with a Mountain Tactical Company 0 MOA receiver length billet scope rail.
Topped with a Vortex Razor HD LHT 3-15x42 with the HSR-5i milliradian reticle in Vortex Pro 30mm High rings. Still have the coupon for the free custom elevation turret, and of course the lifetime warranty transfers to the next owner.
And rounding it off is a cheap Caldwell XLA 6"-9" bipod I've had for a while. Full setup clocks in about 9.5lbs with a 4rd magazine
