That looks to be a T3 Varmint. Heavy 24" barrel, 1-8", Varmint stock.

Mine is scary accurate with 75 gr ELD-M.

That Tikka is supposed to be as accurate as any high-end precision factory or custom rifle. The model is CTR. I am on market for one in 6.5 Creedmoor to add it to my Tac A1 in the same caliber.
