2020 is coming up fast. After the election we may find ourselves legally forced to disarm. Or perhaps not. It depends on who is elected. This thread is to discuss that thought and help flesh out best case candidates. The nuances of the Democratic caucuses are here today. Iowans will chose the Presidential choice within hours. We can all assist in making our case.

One example: Bernie rated a D from the NRA. Michael Bloomberg would be an F-. In conversations with loved ones and friends who are registered democrat, if we can sway any dems to vote for the least anti-gun candidate, a statement will have been made. This thread is to discuss those micro-nuances of this major issue. As our elections approach, we need to support those who support us on the local level. Who are they and what are the real positions? These need to be up front and on top of our discourse. As a group, we have power.

Please discuss with respect, and if you feel the need to personally attack someone instead of someones position or views, it only means that you don't have a good case for your point of view.

Betsy has common sense, the others don't. Unfortunately, cloning is not legal.

I have always believed that it was my right and duty to vote and I wil cast my vote.
I really dislike the democrats and their plank and if their was an alternative republican to Chump i would be looking to cast my for them. I think we as a country lose regardless which party wins so the question to me once again who will damage this country the least?
