Sounds like you must have practiced your screen name on him.....

:s0108:;)
Lol.

I may have some impulse control issues.
As he walked up , I started yelling at him out my window.
Thankfully, we're both ( technically) grown a$$ men . So after a barrage/counter barrage we both decided that we'd both be cool and finish driving to work. He's an OK dude .

Where do these "Drifter" pukes get their tires? Is that how used tire shops stay in business? Do these guys buy old/used tires bought up here from SoCal, for pennies on the dollar, and just burn 'em up late at night? A set of decent tires for your mid-range SUV is approaching a GRAND these days!
I have often wondered about that too. I have to guess at least some of them Mommy and Daddy are financing the hobby by letting Jr live at home for free.

I am not opposed to round abouts if they are well placed for the right reasons. My problem is that so many drivers do not know how to use them correctly and seem to treat it like a 4 way stop junction.

They know where to get garbage tires that are not road worthy anymore.

The kid I knew had a buddy that worked at a no name tire shop.
He would take the tires that were no longer good for us normies and would hook his buddies up with super cheap burners.
So it was not much outlay for a tire that just needed that last tenth of tread burned off it.
Now this was a nerd that wasn't drift racing, just a dork breaking the law.
When I had my first car, I only bought used. When I came here I put used tire on my old beater work truck. I was under the impression at that time that the used tire stores up in MY hood brought tire from SoCal, that had baked in the sun/heat and were crap. If those tire the drifting punks get are old crappy tire, what isn't there more blown tire pieces after these take-overs of intersections? We have TWO of those intersections within 1-1.5 miles of our house. Thre isn't very many big chunks?

Here was another GREAT one from up here. One guy attacks another's vehicle with a machete. Did not go well for him. Now other driver is charged with killing him. Would be interesting to see the video of this going down.

Some drivers are very cocky. Last week while driving a marked patrol car I was passed on the right once and the left once by cars traveling 5-10 mph faster than me…and I was exceeding the speed limit already by 3-5 mph.

Nothing surprises me anymore.
Wow, usually folks are on their best behavior when driving in the vicinity of a police vehicle. I make sure that I am.

Heavy duty truck tires are even worse price wise.

Yeah, but those kids drive those little drift cars because they've seen too many movies, and they don't have the finances to get a muscle car, The rest of the time, they are sitting in the basement getting high and playing video games.

Oh maaaan. You don't mess with another man's dog, his kid's, his woman or his truck. Not necessarily in that order. I think, maybe, in some states that might not get such a penalty?

Tires.

What is it with Penis-inadequate pickup owners who put 30-80K into a rig, and outfit it with tires and/or offset wheels that extend 1-4" beyond the fender walls (sometimes even beyond the fender-flares they paid money for!)? "They want a 'WIDER STANCE', is how it was "explained" once to me.

An intentional display of stupidity and lack of care for the truck (thrown gravel quickly peppers and buffs the paint off of quarter panels, and other people's cars). Not to mention wide tires on an off-road rig are absolutely useless except for sand and powdered snow. Skinny and sharp is what works to go places. People who make a living going places off road learn this very fast.

I thought it was just young and inexperienced 4-wheelers that abuse their vehicles this way and don't know any better about what will get them through the rough stuff when it counts. I guess stupidity and/or ignorance is not isolated to the sprouts, because it's not all them.

And where are the cops for this crap? I was sure there used to be a law against any tire extending beyond the fender well (and for good safety reasons). "Skateboard trucks with stupid tires" are everywhere. (Exceptions existed for "collector cars" such as T-buckets, Rods, and the like).

Um, wait....I just realized Penis-inadequate cops probably put these tires/wheels on their own trucks. :s0092:

I like the way you talk Mister! :s0155:

I think I saw every one of those guys on the road yesterday. :)
What I wonder about those "Monster" Big Foot guys is? How do they check their oil? Seriously. I'm in the habit of checking oil, quick glance under the hood, every time I gas-up. 🤷
