Of the 20,000 local state and federal laws 19999 of them are dumb. There should be 1 Federal law that states it shall be illlegal to use any firearm of any kind of any description during the commission of a crime. Violation of this statute should make the case a federal offence and carry an additional sentence of up to 20 years of federal time.

That would be the only one that wasn't 100% un-constitutional..
