I built this teardrop trailer in 2009/10, took it on a number of trips to Central and Southern Oregon, and even lived in it (parked in a driveway) for eighteen months. It hasn't been on the road since 2013 and has been parked under a carport since 2017 and I am ready to let go of it. The rear section has sustained significant water damage and would need to be rebuilt, although the existing panel is in good enough condition to use for a template (sorry, because of how it's parked in the carport, I was unable to fully raise the rear hatch for better pictures). The rest seems in overall good condition, dry interior in the main sleeping portion, vinyl roof in good condition. I don't think you'd have any issues driving this home, although I am selling "as-is" and I make no warranty about its roadworthiness at this point.
It's unclear to me whether this project is worth someone's effort or whether they'd just take a sawzall to remove the camper body entirely, so I am basically selling it for the value of the trailer chassis. It is plywood and 2X2 framed construction with foam insulation all around. I have no idea about weight, though I can say that I hauled it with a 6-cylinder Ford Ranger (including up significant grades such as westbound over Santiam Pass, on Hwy. 97 from the Dalles towards Dufur, and along steep sections of I-5 in southern Oregon). It has crank windows and matched deadbolts in both side doors, a thick obscure plexiglass window in the front, handbuilt cabinets milled from nice clear-grain fir with vintage red glass knobs, and has wires for a pair of interior 12v lights (although I never hooked a battery up to them). Heavy duty tongue, including jack, towing chains, and hitch security lock, spare trailer tire, four-pin trailer lights.
