Too bad you are not in Wa. I refuse to pay the new "use Tax" after a transfer of a used gun. Otherwise I would take it.

It is not a used gun. It is brand new unfired.

I know it's a new gun. But unfortunately it is previously owned. So unless you are a dealer and got it from the factory, slash distributor it's considered used. It's been bought once. Still would like to have it. I just need to figure out away around the states new BS tax collection. And I think I found an FFL that refuses to collect the "use" tax and still charges just 20.00 for the transfer.
