Surplus to my needs. $175 for a Ruger 10/22 factory synthetic, blued barrel. Includes scope base, and I will include new factory 10 round magazine. Nothing exotic about this, just a good basic rifle (bought in summer of 2011). Good gift for a youngster at a reasonable price. I'm north of Bellingham, near Birch Bay.
