Do these fit most pistols with a rail?

No. While the P365 model does occupy the rail, the TLR6s clamp to the trigger guard. You remove the 3 screws in the 2nd photo, open it up, and sandwich the trigger guard in between. The bottom of the trigger guard comes out of that little tail on the back of the light.
