Bello, I think your going to need a rail adapter.....I know GG&G makes one, but I think there are a few others out there.

I don't what kind of rail the HK uses, but if its a picatinney style then the TLR-3 will work

Thanks Rayd8, but I was hoping this is one of those lights that I don't need to buy an adapter. Trying to save $$$. I think the rails are like $20 or so. If that is the route I end up, at least the light would fit other applications.

Hey I found this on HKPro.com
"Actually, it fits just fine without a rail adapter. The H&K proprietary rail has the same dimensions as a standard accessory rail except it doesn't have the notch to keep the light secure if it loosens up from recoil. It still works perfectly. I need to post pics of my TLR-3 and USP .40 compact. "
