For sale is a Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount HL-X: $75
Comes with items as pictured: dual pressure pad with constant/momentary on, click-cap, adhesive and picatinny holder/mount for pressure pad.
Has fresh set of Surefire 123A batteries.

Edit 7/19 - Added photos, as don't know with 100% certantiy the lumens.

How many lumens

I couldn't say with 100% certainty.
However, the output is pretty similar to my Surefire 640df (with the Surefire having a bit more spill? or less of a hot spot).
