Looking to trade my Stoeger Couger 8040 for a Ruger SP101 in .357 with a 3-1/16" barrel. The Cougar has roughly 500 flawless rounds through it, and comes with the original cardboard box, the plastic case, lock, rod and 'cookie cutter'. The Cougar has had aftermarket, rare Farrar Beretta rubber grips installed, but comes with the originals as well. Plastic guide rod was replaced with a stainless one, a 'D' hammer spring installed, and an 8040L lanyard ring/hammer spring cap installed. Also comes with a Beretta Cougar combination stye locking metal case, and a Raven Concealmemnt holster and dual mag holder.
Just had to have the Stoeger when it first came out, but the SP101 has always called to me...I'm giving in to temptation!!!
I think this package would make an excellent 'straight across' trade for a low round count SP101 in .357 with a 3-1/16" barrel.
