Two-plus one bolt action 12 ga
I looked on past gunbroker sales history and a couple of these went for $300-400
Very good condition for its age, i bought it from the son of the original owner and he said it was his dads deer gun. Looking at it i would be surprised if it had a even few boxes of ammo run through it in its entire life.
