Yes, hold off until either grant or deny cert in any 2A cases.

AAG Dhillion (Civil Rights Division) responds by explaining that establishing supporting case law in districts that lack it and then presenting it as a Circuit Split will enhance the likelihood of the Supreme Court granting a review.
