Up for sale is my Squier Vintage Modified Jazz Bass 5-String. I bought this bass because at one time I had the four string version and loved it. Wanted a 5'er, so I picked this one up, and I just CANNOT get used to that damned 5th string! No matter what I do, it's always tripping me up!

So, I'm selling it off and just sticking to good old 4 string bass. If I need to, I'll drop tune.

Bass is in great condition with only a minor scuff on the headstock, not visible from the front. I very recently had it professionally set up at ParrotDice Guitars in Multnomah Village. (Alex does awesome work there!). I had it strung with Rotosound 45's which are the nickel plated version of the Rotosound Swing 66. I like these better as they maintain the brightness of the 66, but the nickel plating makes them much smoother. I am NOT building the price of the setup or the strings into the price of the bass. Consider those a freebie.
