Includes the factory case, with holster, magazine pouch, extra magazines (5 total) and whatever else it came with.
Bought it pre-owned but unfired and have put maybe a couple hundred rounds thru it. (probably less). Operates flawlessly and is extremely accurate. Condition is flawless, but since it's been shot I'll call it 98%.
Was $800, but I'll try $775, hand delivered to a FFL in or near Oregon City. I'll pay the transfer.
