It appears to be made in 1918, but am concerned as the last digit in the serial number is not clear.
The grip safety has been modified, but other than that appears to be correct with the limited photos posted.
The slide will be need to be inspected for cracks around the spring tunnel, and the breech face checked for wear, as these were not hardened at that time.
