Might try seating the 130s out just a little. If possible, the slight increase in case capacity behind the bullet will lower the pressure - but how much?

I'm going to work on the ramp more there's a gap in between the ramp and there's a spacer that they put in in 1950s in Spain kind of Mickey mouse I'm going to fill that Gap in with epoxy putty
