It's simply not polite to post lowball offers publicly, send a pm next time. It may not be against forum rules, doesn't make it any less rude. $400 is a great deal for a NIB FNP40. They are running 420 on gunbroker then you got to add 20-30 for shipping + FFL transfer fee +tax.
