Care to comment on condition, round count, number of owners, etc.?

I would say it is in excellent condition. I am the 2nd owner and a friend of mine is the original owner. The original owner only put a box of 50 rounds through it and I have had it about 7 or 8 years and have never shot it.
It has just sat in the safe. Doing a little spring cleaning early this year.

Perhaps just a slight exaggeration but the date code on the pistol is 2003.
