I appreciate the good advice (with solid dash of humor). I know it goes against the principal of "salesmanship", but I try to be as up front as possible when advertising something. Normally I do follow a similar format, but when I am selling a fairly desirable gun for such a low price, I try and answer the "what's the catch" question in the ad so I don't have to do it over and over again individually.

FYI, still for sale. Several replies but having trouble sorting out timimg, location, and somebody who's ready to buy right now and has cash on hand.
