I know Kimbers are great guns, people are really slamming the 1911's for faulty extractors. What is the year manufacture? how does it run?

I have had it for about 4 years and have put 75-100 rounds through it with no malfunctions. This is the same gun the LA SWAT TEAM USES. If there was a problem it would not be there choice of weapon. This Kimber is very accurate.

Some kimbers had an external extractor that were problematic but the one has the internal extractor. Hope this helps .
