Gun was originally born with a longer barrel. The barrel was professionally cut and crowned to the 20-inch Riot length you see today with a new bead sight added. Makes it a CYL bore now.
The gun is 71-years old and shows it.
The gun runs perfectly, and does slam fire. The three important things to look for in old Ithaca 37s are all good-to-go; the bore is bright and shiny with no pitting whatsoever, the wrist of the stock is intact and not cracked or broken, the SN on the receiver and barrel match.
The gun is lots of fun, great for blowing tin cans out of the mud.
