I live right over the bridge. I would come meet you at American Pawn on Mill Plain. I would pay the transfer fees, tax, etc. Unfortunately, what you have in it has nothing whatsoever to do with the firearms value or worth. All I know is that Palmetto State Armory has this gun listed on their website for under $500 so a used one is not worth $475. Do you not agree ? I would like to buy the weapon BUT at a fair market value.
