Can you tell me what the difference is, I have seen this question before and never understood it.

That was a deal on the loaded.
N= fully made in Brazil
NM= made in the USA.
NM guns usually have a slightly better fit, and one piece barrel. N guns get their ejector's properly pinned instead of glued.
