Thought I'd take a shot at finding a S&W Model 27 357. Possibly interested in some other S&W 357 revolvers. I'm trying to complete my Dad's collection and this is one of the ones that I need. Looking for a blued 4" - 6". Preferably 1980 or earlier with boxes and papers. But will consider anything.
I know I can buy one off of GunBroker. But I love to buy/trade locally if I can.

I have a 5" 27-2 in the wood box with paperwork, even the hang tag. It hasn't seen the light of day in years and hasn't been shot in at least 10 years, but if you have an original series pre-lock pre-mim 610 I would be interested,.

I just joined the site, and noticed, You said about a Pre Model 27? I just love the older Smith and Wesson revolvers, and I thought I had one located,but the lady said they could not sell, it because the serial number was not on the handle.
I looked at many of the auction sites, and just looking for nice original gun, with matching numbers.
