It's multi-fit. You would get the appropriate plate/spacer for it.

Sorry, I should have mentioned I have the factory plates and screws kit that comes with it for multiple optics.

Though to be fair, factory plates on the M&P aren't awesome. Otherwise, as an M&P fan boy, this is a fantastic price for a great gun. GLWS
