Smith needed for colt army special

I have a Colt Army Special with a 6" barrel. It's a good solid handgun but has a lot of the bluing missing.

I would like a Fitz type conversion shorten barrel, reattach front sight, bob the hammer but leave enough spur to cock - decock, shorten and round the butt.....but leave the trigger guard uncut.
