My two cents is there is resume templates online and use chat gpt to fine tune it. I also go to their company website and put something similar to their mission statement or match their corporate values. There are going to use chat gpt reviewing it anyway....
Depending on the job change your work history to highlight strong points for that

Greetings. I'm a hiring manager in the private sector. I read many resumes with critical eyes. I've written a few for myself. I know the language pretty well. I know what the hr rep or department mgr finds attractive. Formatting and styling can be figured out together. I have some templates we can borrow. Won't use AI but to spell check or phrasing ideas.

All these "resume writers" and only a few are actually talking about their credentials. I have a master's degree in business, completed Harvard's business sustainability program, and former executive (now my own business owner). Ive been a hiring manager (in addition to firing lazy ppl during covid- lol) I can help you out and I am sure we could work out a deal for cash/ammo if interested. Also, a resume can get you in the door...but how are your interviewing skills? Have others beat out 300+ applicants and chosen you? Have you been through a multiple round 6 person panel interview and still got that job? I have. There are many layers to hiring no one is talking about here.
