Single action shaving lead?

Shot about 40 rounds through my .45 Colt this weekend, shooting lead semi wad cutters. Took it apart to clean it tonight and noticed what looks like a streak of lead but in an unusual spot. It is around the hole for the pin and only on the right side. How is this possible?

How's the cylinder gap?

Loaded cylinder with those same rounds, do they stick out the end at all?

Hey nwwoodsman,
Are they reloads? have you check the over all size, to see if they are reload to long, meaning the length of the round is to long.
