Pre 1964 are 90% silver, and 40% were from 65 to 1970. DR

I think he's talking about a minting error that may increase the numismatic value of the coin. These tend to be rare. I'm not seeing anything unusual about yours.

As Dangerranger points out, earlier halves were 90% but '65-'70 were only 40%.
