Yo should read this, skip and this probably won't work out:
You must have your EFT file, Mugshot, ATF Eforms account, PIN, CLEO and this should not be your first rodeo with suppressors (or you must be completely independent in figuring it out; if those terminologies are foreign to you, this is not going work out). I am unable and unwilling to provide any assistance with getting you set up with your first ever suppressor purchase; I do not have the willpower nor patience.

Item stays in my possession until Approval is received (You should already know this).

WA state: Bellevue, Kirkland in-person only. You must be able and willing to meet in-person to do the Eforms paperwork, no remote signing. There is no FFL involvement, no transfer fee, only the purchase price. If you want it shipped in-state after Approval, +$15 shipping to address on your driver license/paperwork; prior paperwork must be in-person.

Out-of-state: You can technically ignore everything above — I only need your FFL's license # and CLEO info to transfer; you can go at your own pace between you and your FFL. You are still solely responsible for understanding what to do between the FFL and yourself.
Ensure your dealer (preferably non-fuddy) accepts direct Eform 4 transfers from individuals/non-FFL, who will then transfer it to you — this means TWO(2) approvals and waiting periods. I will not add an extra step and complication with FFL-to-FFL transfer. You are responsible for your NFA transfer fee. +$15 shipping, item is shipped once Eform 4 to FFL is Approved.
