I have had a few people IM me questioning the existence of a P220 in 9mm so I wanted to clarify. Yes Sig made a P220 in 9mm, yes they are rare. They are exactly like a .45 P220 except they fire a 9mm cartridge haha.

There was a 9mm and a 38 super version.
The one pictured is a newer railed P220 .45

A 9mm P220 is also called a Browning BDA.
