Almost brand new. I bought the gun back in late Feb and only put 203 rounds through it before replacing the slide with another version. The front sight is the factory XRAY3 night sight. The rear is the factory night sight and comes off with the optics cut cover. The Slide will fit a Leupold Delta Point Pro (DPP), Sig Romeo1, and Sig Romeo1Pro. The slide comes with all of its parts with the exception of a barrel and recoil spring.
