I have a very low round count (under 200) Sig MCX Legacy 16" 556 complete upper. This upper has the Sig update done to the bolt carrier. Includes the pictured PWS muzzle brake and Sig folding iron sights. Very minor handling marks on rail but the upper is in excellent shape. You can run this on an AR lower with the Sig Receiver Adapter (not included).
