Great condition. Comes with box, papers, etc, five magazines: three factory Sig 15-round mags, two mec gar 15-round mags, factory night sights (Aug 2020), factory SRT trigger, two holsters: one Bianchi leather OWB level 2, and a kydex OWB with some fancy logo with a wing coming off the state of Texas. (That holster accommodates a threaded barrel.)
Transfer fee included at Adaptive Firing Solutions in Oregon City, or Lucky Sporting Goods in Banks. Any other shop, and fees would be on the buyer.
