450 bm mags are pricey. From my list of favorites I get: CDNN Sports and GunMag Warehouse.

I have a Bearcreek Arsenal in 50 Beowulf, and used my regular 223 mag (no mods), shot just fine.
Getting the first round in the mag was a pain, but the rest went in fine.
It's worth a try.
