I've put maybe 30 rounds through this rifle. The longest distance was 824 yards. The factory break is very effective and makes it a pleasure to shoot. Scope and bipod are not included but the factory 20 MOA base is. I can meet in the Portland area at the FFL of your choosing. I will split the fee if you pass.
