I have a model 93 savage 17 hmr od green stock blued and fluted bull barrol bolt action with 2.5 lb acu trigger 5 round detachable magazine n detachable bipod + 3.5-12x40 bsa sweet 17 scope.

I live in vancouver and purchased the rifle in portland or. So i dont think it would be a problem selling the same LONG gun back to oregon. Would it?
I bought it new from dick's in portland around 7-somthing-2011

im not sure, i mean if the gun is registered from oregon, i wouldnt think it would be a problem. might be worth looking into. call a local FFL, they might know.seems to me that the only reason it would be an issue is if you bought it and registered it as an oregon resident purchase, and then re-registered it as a washingtonian owned firearm. wouldnt doubt if thats not how it works though. firearm laws.....
